We allow you to create your advertisement on our site, as a private landlord, owner or as someone seeking accommodation. The charge for each ad is as follows:

£15.00 for 30 days...that's only 50p per day!

Our Advertising model is fully automated but it does give us the right to, following contact with our users:

• Edit the wording of adverts placed directly on our site that we feel are inappropriate.
• Following complaints, remove adverts without giving a reason or any refund.

In addition

• We make no guarantees about how quickly advertisers will respond to any advert placed on our site.
• All adverts will expire after 30 days from the day that they are added to the system. An automatic email will be sent to the advertiser, 48 hours before it is due to expire, asking whether or not they wish to renew or let the advert expire. Renewing will prompt them to pay for the next 30 days installment.
• We must stress that we are not an accommodation agency.
